Experience:
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Own our ARR growth

Help us iterate on and refine our sales strategy and processes

Oversee our expansion by managing the City General Managers for each of our remote offices, coaching them in leading the distributed sales teams and assisting in sales as necessary

Recruit great sales talent

Build our sales training program

Mentor our sales talent and create an exciting, fast paced environment where people are learning every day.

Create a career track for the sales team

Help forecast sales revenue

Be the bridge between sales and marketing

Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure long term customer happiness

Work with the CEO and product team to improve on our service and develop new products or verticals based on customer feedback.

 REQUIREMENTS:


At least 10 years of B2B sales experience

At least 5 years experience managing a B2B SaaS sales team

Knowledge of and enthusiasm for food

Willingness to occasionally travel to remote offices

Startup experience a plus
